Full Spectrum vs. Broad Spectrum

full-spectrum

As we discussed in the previous blog, there are many different types of CBD oil and how you can ingest it. Today we will take a look at some of those different types. Lets start with the difference between full spectrum and broad spectrum.Full spectrum oil retains the original concetrations of cannabinoids and terpens found in raw hemp extract. Broad spectrum oil, on the other hand, is made by combining CBD isolate with individual terpenes and an oil base. Due to the products containing all the terpenes and retains the natural balance of the cannabinoids with the terpenes found in the original plants, it is referred to as full spectrum oils. Broad spectrum is not made with natural CBD-rich extracts. CBD  and terpenes in the “broad spectrum” oils have been stripped of the natural essence. Sometimes, the terpenes used in those types of products are not sourced from the plant but come from other “cheaper” plant sources. Some of those products may contain dangerous synthetic cannabinoids and terpenes.
